A: Our opening hours are:
Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Q: If I see something on the Irish House website can I try it on in store?
A: Yes of course. If you see something on our website that you having falling in love with then just give us a quick call on +353 74 9721584 and we will have it ready for you to try on once you arrive in store.

A: You do not need to create an account to place an order on our website however we do recommend that you do as it lets you shop faster, stay up to date on your order status and keep a track on previous order that you have placed with us.

Q: What currency can I pay in and what methods of payment will the website accept?
A: On our website we offer your customers a multi currency facility whereby they can check out in a number of different currencies. We accept all major debit and credit cards and you can also check out through PayPal.
Q: How does my tax back work?
A: If you are having your order shipped to the USA then Irish House will take care of all the taxes and duties. In this case our website will automatically calculate the tax and there will be no extra cost beyond the price we charge you on the website. If your order is being dispatched to an address within the EU, no additional duties or taxes apply. If you order is being dispatched to an address outside of the USA or EU you may be charged local duties by customs in your country. These costs are outside the control of Irish House and are non refundable.
Q: Will I receive confirmation that my order is successful and on its way to me?
A: Yes once you place your order we will keep you up to date on its progress. Once we receive the order you will receive a confirmation email and once the order is dispatched you will also receive a dispatch email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

A: Our aim is to have your order shipped within 24 hours from when it is placed, Monday to Thursday. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped at the weekend or on a public holiday.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: Making a return to us is easy. Firstly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you are returning an item. You have 30 days from the day that you receive your order to get it back to us to avail of our refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original condition.
Q: Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
A: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange to the same value as paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note we are unable to accept the return of pierced Jewellery for reasons of health and hygiene. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q: Do I have to pay for returns?
A: Yes you must pay to return an item to us. Please register your return so that you can track its progress.
Q: Is it possible to make an exchange?
A: Yes of course. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number the item you want to return and the item you would like to exchange for and we will arrange this for you. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back to us for exchange.
